I'm currently a People Science Research Analyst at Microsoft Viva Glint, where I use data to answer questions about the Employee Experience.
I received my M.S. in Big Data Analytics in Spring 2023, where I learned the foundations of data science, data management, and visualizations.
At work, I spend my time cleaning and aggregating data using PySpark and analyzing with Python and R. Some of my contributions include:
